Whether you start at 25 or 55, the path to black belt is open to you. Many of our adult students earn their black belts training alongside their children.

What a Class Looks Like
45 minutes of focused, structured training. 2x per week recommended.

Bow In & Dynamic Warm-Up

Cardio, mobility, and stretching to prepare the body — 10 min.

Technique & Forms

Patterns, kicks, blocks, and combinations tailored to your belt level — 15 min.

Partner Drills & Sparring

Controlled contact work that builds timing, reflexes, and practical skill — 15 min.

Conditioning & Cool Down

Strength work, flexibility, and a focused cool-down — 5 min.

I’ve never done martial arts. Can I really start as an adult?

Absolutely. Many of our adult students started with zero experience. You train at your own pace alongside supportive teammates.

I’m not flexible or in great shape. Is that okay?

That’s exactly why you should start. Flexibility, strength, and conditioning are all things you build through training.

Can I train with my kids?

Yes! The Beginners class includes ages 8 through adult. Many families train together.

How long does it take to earn a black belt?

Typically 3–4 years depending on attendance and dedication. The journey is just as valuable as the destination.

What’s the difference between Adult Martial Arts and Fitboxing?

Adult Martial Arts is traditional taekwondo with belt progression, forms, self-defense, and sparring. Fitboxing is cardio kickboxing focused on fitness with no belt system.
