45 minutes of focused, high-energy training.

Bow In & Conditioning

High-intensity warm-up with strength and cardio — 10 min

Advanced Techniques & Forms

Complex patterns, combination kicks, and precision work — 15 min

Sparring & Self-Defense Scenarios

Controlled contact sparring and real-world scenario training — 15 min

Cool Down & Debrief

Stretching, mental focus exercises, and goal review — 5 min

Classes are 45 minutes, 2x per week recommended.

Can my teen start with no experience?

Absolutely. Most teens who join have never done martial arts. We meet every student where they are.

Is this a good activity for a teen who does other sports?

Yes. Martial arts complements other athletics by improving flexibility, mental focus, and body control.

Will a black belt help with college applications?

Many colleges value the discipline and commitment demonstrated by earning a black belt. It's a meaningful extracurricular achievement.

Are classes co-ed?

Yes. All classes are co-ed with a culture of mutual respect and support.
