Skills That Go Beyond the Mat
Every class is designed to build your child up physically, mentally, and socially.
🎯
Coordination & Motor Skills
Structured drills that develop balance, agility, and body control through age-appropriate martial arts movements.
🧠
Focus & Listening
Learning to follow multi-step instructions and maintain attention — skills that carry over to the classroom and home.
💪
Confidence & Self-Esteem
Earning belts, performing in front of peers, and finding their voice in a supportive environment.
🛡️
Basic Self-Defense
Age-appropriate techniques that build awareness and personal safety without aggressive contact.
🙏
Discipline & Respect
Bowing in, following the rules of the mat, and respecting teammates — habits that shape character.
🏆
Goal Setting
The belt system teaches kids to work toward something and celebrate progress along the way.

Everything You Need to Know

Does my child need any experience?

None. Most Tigers start with zero martial arts experience. Our instructors meet every child where they are and build from there.

How often should my child attend?

We recommend 2 classes per week for the best progress. Consistency matters more than anything.

What if my child has a lot of energy?

Perfect. We channel that energy into structured movement and focus drills. High-energy kids often thrive in our classes.

Will my child spar or fight?

No sparring at this level. Training is technique-focused with controlled partner drills in a safe environment.

What happens after Tigers?

Around age 8, they transition to our Kids Martial Arts program and continue their belt journey with more advanced techniques and training.
