Uniform buying guide — which one is right for you?

ATA Middleweight is thicker and heavier and doesn't breathe as well, but it has better snap and tends to stay whiter longer.

Adidas is more comfortable and breathable, but it doesn't have as much structure or snap, and it's harder to keep bright white than the ATA Middleweight.

Middleweight Martial Arts Uniform — 10oz

A premium cotton/polyester blend with a heavier feel for enhanced structure and a more traditional look, while still allowing freedom of movement. Ideal for intermediate to advanced students — it delivers a clean, sharp appearance that holds up to rigorous practice.

Care for all uniforms: wash cold on a gentle cycle with mild detergent — no harsh chemicals or bleach. Hang dry to preserve quality. Iron as needed, or dry clean for best results.
